Information collected through this website
This website does not use a contact form or advertising pixels. It uses a limited first-party event to record which scheduling option is selected; the event contains only the appointment type and page path and does not include names, email addresses, or message content.
The site may receive ordinary technical request information through Cloudflare, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time of request, and security-related signals. Cloudflare processes this information to deliver and protect the website.
If you contact Common Space Coaching by email, telephone, or text message, you may provide your name, contact information, scheduling information, and general information about the support you are seeking. Please do not send urgent, highly sensitive, or detailed medical information through ordinary email or text message.
Scheduling, video, and payments
Calendly may collect information needed to schedule appointments. Zoom or another video-conferencing provider may process information needed to deliver virtual sessions. Payment-card information is processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Common Space Coaching does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
Your use of those services is also subject to their privacy practices and terms.

Service providers and disclosures
Information may be shared with service providers that support business operations, such as website hosting, email, Calendly scheduling, video conferencing, payment processing, bookkeeping, legal, or professional advisory services. Information may also be disclosed when required or permitted by law or when reasonably necessary to protect safety or legal rights.
Common Space Coaching does not sell personal information.
Information concerning minors
A parent or legal guardian should make or authorize the initial inquiry for a minor. The public website is not intended to collect detailed information directly from children. Parents and guardians should avoid sending confidential school, medical, or mental-health records through ordinary email.
Retention and security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. No internet or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, business records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and related legitimate purposes.
